Training
If I’ve had the privilege of meeting you at one of the facilitated training sessions held over the past few years, you will remember that my aim is always to motivate practice managers and frontline staff to love what they do and enable them to be true ambassadors to their practice.
The training is presented in such a way that both experienced staff and new hires may benefit.
On-site training is offered to ensure personalized modules in customer care, selling skills, product knowledge, and administrative management.

Because it is not always possible to attend facilitated training in larger cities, we have created an online platform where our practical, and easy to understand training modules are available to you; any time, any place.
